Is everything handmade?

Yes, and made to order. Each object is shaped over a sculptural core, plastered by hand in layers, pigmented and finished individually. Nothing is cast, so no two surfaces are identical.

How long does an order take?

Production is typically 5–10 business days depending on the piece and finish. Transit to the United States and Canada is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, so most orders land within 2–5 weeks. For deliveries within the United States, customs duties and import charges are covered by Mono Aurel.

Can I order a custom size or colour?

Yes — custom sizes, colours and finishes are available across the range, including tones matched to a RAL, NCS or Pantone reference. Start at Custom Commissions.

What is the return policy?

Catalogue pieces ordered in a listed size, colour and finish can be returned within 14 days of delivery under our refund policy — made-to-order production does not make them final sale. Pieces made to your own specification are the exception. Report any damage within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs.
