Mono Aurel Atelier

Packaging & Delivery

Sculptural pieces travel like artwork — or they do not arrive well. Here is exactly how we pack and ship.

How your piece is packed

  • Each piece is wrapped, cushioned and double-boxed, with the inner box suspended in protective material.
  • Fragile elements are individually protected.
  • Every shipment is tracked and insured door to door.

Production time

Each piece is handmade to order. Standard production typically takes 5–10 business days. Custom commissions and highly detailed pieces may require additional time. We share progress photos and videos throughout production and provide final visuals for approval before dispatch.

Delivery

Worldwide insured door-to-door delivery. Once dispatched, transit typically takes approximately 3–10 business days depending on destination and service; carrier or customs delays can occur. Every shipment is tracked, and tracking details are sent to you as soon as your piece leaves the atelier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, customs and duties

Insured door-to-door delivery is included in the displayed price unless a product page or checkout explicitly states otherwise. For orders delivered within the United States, applicable customs duties and import charges are covered by Mono Aurel. For deliveries to all other countries, customs duties, import taxes and related destination charges are the buyer's responsibility. Any applicable sales taxes will be displayed at checkout where required. Every shipment is tracked and insured.

See it before it ships

We share production photos and videos at every important stage of the work, and send a detailed final video of your finished piece before dispatch. Your piece ships only after you have approved it. If you are not satisfied before shipment, we will remake the piece or refund you.

Cancellations and returns

An order may be cancelled within three days of purchase provided production has not started. Once production has begun, a cancellation or refund may be reduced to reflect materials already used, labour completed, production time, design work, revisions and customisation. Because every piece is made to order and approved by you before it leaves the atelier, we do not accept standard change-of-mind returns once a piece has been approved and dispatched, and custom or personalised pieces may not qualify for a standard return. Anything wrong with the piece itself is handled under the warranty below.

One-year warranty

Every product carries a one-year warranty covering verified manufacturing defects, product faults and qualifying transit damage. Valid claims are resolved by refund or replacement, and in most cases the original piece does not need to be returned. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidental damage or ordinary wear.

If something arrives damaged

Open and inspect your piece on arrival. If anything is wrong, photograph the box and the piece and contact us promptly — within 48 hours of delivery where possible — keeping the packaging as evidence. Insured shipments let us resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.
