Packaging & Delivery

Sculptural pieces travel like artwork — or they do not arrive well. Here is exactly how we pack and ship.

How your piece is packed

• Each piece is wrapped, cushioned and double-boxed, with the inner box suspended in protective material.
• Fragile elements are individually protected.
• Every shipment is tracked and insured door to door.

Timing

Most pieces are made to order and typically leave the atelier within 5–10 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch: Europe 5–10, US & Canada 7–14, rest of world 10–21 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over $500 within the US and over $550 internationally; exact rates and any express options are shown at checkout.

See it before it ships

On request, we send photos or a short video of your finished piece before dispatch — just ask after ordering.

If something arrives damaged

Open and inspect your piece on arrival. If anything is wrong, photograph the box and the piece and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — insured shipments let us resolve this quickly with a replacement or repair, as described in our Shipping Policy.
