Welcome to Mono Aurel. By accessing or placing an order through our website (www.monoaurel.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Mono Aurel is a handmade art and home décor brand specializing in sculptural lighting, totems, mirrors, and decorative objects. All products are handcrafted to order. Our contact email is info@monoaurel.com.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All items sold on our store are handmade and made to order. Production times vary by product and are stated on each product page. Slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Customs duties and import charges are included for deliveries to the United States. For all other destinations, customs duties, import taxes and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Most Mono Aurel pieces are handmade and produced after an order is placed. Made-to-order production alone does not make a product final sale.

Standard catalogue products — products listed on monoaurel.com and ordered in one of their standard listed sizes, colours and finishes — may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Pieces made specifically to a customer's individual specifications, including customer-specific dimensions, colours or finishes matched to customer-supplied references, bespoke forms, personalized modifications or commissioned designs not listed as standard catalogue configurations on monoaurel.com, cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind.

If any piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@monoaurel.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photographs of the piece and its packaging.

The seven-day reporting period helps us investigate delivery damage and pursue carrier claims and does not limit statutory consumer rights that may apply.

These protections apply to both standard catalogue products and commissioned work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of Mono Aurel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mono Aurel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this provision limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
