Mono Aurel offers handmade sculptural home decor and lighting products. Most of our products are made to order.

Processing & Production Time

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the item, size, finish, and current order volume. Slight variations in texture, finish, color tone, and surface details may occur — this is part of the handmade character of our work.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide using reliable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): 2–5 weeks from order date. These are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will provide the best possible resolution.
