Shipping Policy

Mono Aurel offers handmade sculptural home decor and lighting products. Most of our products are made to order.

Processing & Production Time

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the item, size, finish, and current order volume. Slight variations in texture, finish, color tone, and surface details may occur — this is part of the handmade character of our work.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide using reliable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Europe: 7-14 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): 2–5 weeks from order date. These are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at info@monoaurel.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the piece, the outer packaging and any visible damage to the shipping container.

Please retain all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed, as the carrier may require it for inspection.

The seven-day reporting period helps Mono Aurel document shipping damage and pursue carrier claims. It does not limit statutory consumer rights that may apply.

If the shipment is confirmed as damaged, defective or incorrect, Mono Aurel will work with you on the appropriate remedy and will cover or arrange reasonable return transportation where a return is required.
