How long does production take?
Most pieces are made to order and typically leave the atelier within 5–10 business days. Once dispatched, transit usually takes 7–14 business days to the United States, Canada and Europe. Production times are stated on every product page, and we confirm the timeline with you after ordering.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes — custom sizes, tones and entirely new forms are a core part of our work. Start a commission.
How are pieces shipped?
Wrapped, suspended and double-boxed like artwork, with insured, tracked worldwide delivery — and final photos and video of your finished piece for your approval before dispatch. Packaging & delivery.
