What happens after your piece arrives — and how little it asks of you afterwards.

  1. Crated at the atelier

    Each piece is wrapped, suspended and braced inside its crate by the same hands that finished it.

  2. Unboxing

    Open the crate from the top, remove the bracing, and lift the piece by its base — never by edges or slender details.

  3. Positioning

    Place on a level, stable surface away from direct water contact. For lighting, route the cable before final placement.

  4. Everyday care

    Dust with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasives — the mineral surface prefers to be left alone.
