How long does production take?
Most pieces are made to order and typically leave the atelier within 5–10 business days. Once dispatched, transit usually takes approximately 3–10 business days. Production times are stated on every product page, and we confirm the timeline with you after ordering.
Can I commission a custom piece?

How are pieces shipped?
